So Neal and I in the last few months have decided to take on a journey of being healthy and well.. What does this mean you ask? Well We kinda came to a point of being unhappy with our weight and how we look, and we were sick of feeling like poo!
So we decided to start working out.. which helped alot! Then i started thinking i should give up the one thing i love most next to my husband and my dog and my coach purse. Dr.Pepper it now has been 3 weeks later and i feel great! When i eat i dont feel as nasty and fat like i did before and i don't feel i have took all this crap and stuff into my body, Neal is still working on the pop thing... Which is hard for him since he works a lot of hours, but i will say how proud i am of him not drinking 3 yes 3 ROCKSTARS a day.. Which i think is HUGE!! But i will say as for me on stop drinking pop has paid off, i am 10 pounds lighter and counting.. Neal has also dropped 11 pounds!! WHICH IS AWESOME! Along with our weight goals, or health goals, and our day to day living goals....

Well it has happened... i have gave up Dr. Pepper... and...
i think im going to kill someone to get one!!

I have given it up.. for water, H20, hoping to have success with losing weight and keeping a consist weight...But let me tell you.. i think my body is a little in shock and doesn't know what to do.. I shake a little, and shout out random words, and i even droll when i see commercial for the great fizzy feeling, with the sweet taste of soda, goes with anything, tastes so good... for whatever occasion... It has only been one day... and i just want to drop anything to go get one... Ever since i could remember i have had Dr. Pepper by my side.. as A Young Girl, me and my Best Friend Kristen knew how to look at the top of the cap, to get a free Dr. Pepper.. And let me tell you that is great talent.. until i think the gas station started to catch on to us.. But I will let you know of my success with being off soda, and working out consistently to gain, my weight goals.. and being more health and happy with my body.. to gain.. a GREAT BIKINI BODY!

For a couple days now Neal and I have been talking about some things that have happened with good friends of ours, in the last few days, and talking about having " our life".. And don't understand why people or friends feel so concerned why we never come out and hang out... Not that it is a bad thing to hang out with friends you have been friends with since high school.. But we found out some time ago.. that We are our own best friend.. and with him in Idaho, when he is home all we want to do is lay in bed and watch a movie.. But I don't understand why, our friends feel the need to presser the need to always have a pizza night, game night, movie night.. SOMETHING.. its not bad.. By all means.. We have just came to the point in our life.. that We want it to just be us... and not have friends feeling that they need to be concerned? come up with off the wall things about us, thinking we have a bad marriage because, we never want to hang out with some very short, sweet, fabulous time that we have with each other... WE LIKE TO BE HERMITS... But why do some of our friends make us feel that is bad??? Is it bad.. that i would love to just pack up and move.. far far far far far far away??

So Neal and I have been working very hard to keep things together, with him being in Idaho and me not working, FINALLY Neal is done with school and just has to get license..( ya great another test) But we Have GOALS....and have HUGE things in store for us in the coming few months.. which i feel that i shall share with everyone.. cause I am just so EXCITED!!!
*Because the only way to Achieve your goals, is to let someone know, and have them help you follow threw with it!

First order of business... ME PASSING MY TEST!!
Second Get Neal A JOURNEYMEN!!!!
Third... I'm sick of having a car payment.. and having debt! I want to live DEBT FREE!
Fourth.. and my favorite... what we have been working on.. and it takes time.. I can tell you all just yet.. what it is we are working on till.. its all said and done... but here is a taste... but shhhhh! ITS not Final!

So Yesterday we took lexie out on her first real big walk.. As Puppies you have to be really careful with walking them... it can hurt their joints, stomach, and paws because they grow as mush as a human does in 14 years, in just one year.... so we have been really careful on not walking her to far.. till yesterday.
It all started with me in the morning saying i want to go on a jog/walk by our house in West haven on a Trail that takes you up to Dinosaur park.. its 3.7 miles.. one way.
So we decided to take lexie, and after about mile 2 and a half.. she started to lay down, and acting like she did not want to go any further.. so we thought we might take her back, and try it again another day.. may i remind you.. the whole time.. Neal is saying, im sleepy, my feet hurt , this is boring, im hot, and once the dog showed any sign of stoping he says.. Yup gotta go home! Well anyways.. i thought it was very cute that once we got home we put her in her kennel with the fan on her and this is how we found her... i have never since a dog sleep like this, and it made me laugh so hard!!.. so enjoy!

So over the last few days when neal was here i kinda came to terms with my self and i act very very very old for my age... you might be asking your self.. what? why would she think that?? huh!
well this is my i think this...

1. I Like to go to dinner, eat dinner no later then 5pm, I think the perfect time togo out or even eat dinner at home is 4:30 you miss crowds, you dont feel all full for the rest of you night... its just great!
2. I like warm milk before i go to bed.. it helps me sleep.
3. I love going to bed around 8!!
4. I love to get up early.. to do nothing but sit in my front yard, and talk with Ashley....
5. I think i have arthritis"Arthritis is inflammation of one or more joints, which results in pain, swelling, stiffness, and limited movement", in my right ankle..
6. I like to yell at school kids, dogs, cats and cars.. from my Porch...
7. I have Wrinkles... SAD HUH!
8. I find my self saying words like, jazzy, darn, jeepers, ya dont say..son of a gun.
9. I have a hard time getting in and out of cars..
10. I love to watch WHEEL OF FORTUNE

A few days ago Neal lost a co-worker,Neal had worked with for the last few years, and became good friends...

"B. Judd" Bryan returned to his Father in Heaven April 10, 2010. Born October 31, 1983 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Michael Lewis and Michelle Steinicke Judd. Married Jamie Jolley April 28, 2006 in Salt Lake City, UT. His greatest accomplishment was his wife, Jamie and sons, Ethan and Mason. Bryan was a hard worker and loved his job. He also loved his friends and was a peacemaker. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golf, was a die hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys and was a grill master. Survived by wife, Jamie; sons, Ethan and Mason; parents; brothers, Joshua (Chelsy) and Christian (Kimberly); niece, Madison; nephew, Jameson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12:00 noon at the Suncrest Ward, 5900 West 6200 South. Viewings will be held Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Thursday at the church, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established in the name of Ethan and Mason Judd at the America First Credit Union.
This what they put in the newspaper, Finds out that was having a very difficult time with life.. And sadly decided to take his own life... He will be Greatly missed.

No matter who you are what you do.. it never comes easy, this last past year Neal and I have lost 3 People who hold dear. A couple months ago Neal's uncle Greg, who he is named after, was in a heated argument with his wife, out of despite and decided to take his own life... We remember the good times and the bad.. and we will always miss Uncle Greg.

Back in July I lost 2 People with in a day that left a huge impact in my life, i still to this day think about them almost everyday.. and Wish i could have valued every conversation, very huge, a simple i love you, very holiday...
My Grandpa Calvin Dee Potter, he lived a very full life, i remember as a girl sitting on his lap, looking forward to going and spending the night as his house..

Grandpa, was one of the most beloved men i know.. by the loving supportive family.. Grandpa your always in my heart and always in my prayers

Darci Weydeveld, she was one of my bestest friends,a mother figure to me.. and always there.
Darci Pasted away on July 7, hours after saying goodby to my Grandfather in the hospital, with all my aunts, uncles and cousins. I heard of the News from my frantic mother, who dearly loved her sister and often spoke of her has her own spirit, the friendship had weaken thru out the years, and Darci and i had became very close, i would call her for advise, or even to just talk.. I always looked forward to that answer on the other line, and getting that warm fuzzy feeling that she ways thinking about me..
Upon Receiving the call.. i seemed to hurry home and call my husband saying we need to go... she is gone... she is gone, Neal not dealing with death had been such a great support with the long hours in the hospital, along side my grandpa, Says: ok what do i need to get, pack me a bag and im coming home from work.. As Soon as he arrived we rushed to Casper, Wyoming.. all most an 8 hour drive from Salt lake city, to find out that, us being 15 mins from the Hospital of where my aunt Darci had been rushed to, she had passed. Once we got word, we pulled over and i just broke down and cryed, almost being midnight..
The next day we headed to see Chris ( her husband) and her kids, to give them love and support, When arriving to the house... all i could do was think.... i can still feel her and cry, one of the most significant people in my life had pasted and i couldn't get here in time to let her feel me and know i am here..i was coming for you...As time goes on.. i stil have a hard time thinking of her... But Forever and always you will be with me..

So im sure you all remember are first try at having a puppy.. not very successful since.. we basically don't have Sophie anymore... We honestly thought we WERE NOT DOG people... Cause this puppy wouldn't go the bathroom outside on the grass like normal dogs do, it was always right after you bring her in from the outside.. waiting forever for her to go potty and she would just stand there and look at you like you were dumb... and she would poop.. in the front entryway.. EVERY time.. or would go right in front of the door...it seriously got old fast.. But it all started with the first night, this is everything we did WRONG!

Let the GREAT dane puppy on the couch.
Let the GREAT dane puppy sleep with you, not only do they grow up to 220 pounds, you really dont have room for 2 people that weight both more then 120 pounds, put a dog that will be twice that in the mix, and it sure doesnt help your sex life.. at all...

getting lazy and letting her go on the Green area of our deck, it was shorta like grass..
and lastly being a push over.. i have sent it once and i will say it a again.. you need to be firm and strict when potty training with a dog.

so.. we put her on ksl and sold her with in a day of her being on there.. no a nice young man, thats not married doesnt have a girlfriend, and can cuddle with sophie all night long..

So how it came about with getting another dog..I'm not going to lie i LOVE puppies i think they all are so dang cute!!! I just want a dog that will be a puppy forever and ever.. but will be trained.. Ha

Knowing that wont ever happen i still left i wanted a great dane, after everything that had happened with sophie, i went on line and found Lexie and i pretty much fell in love with this puppy..

So we got her 7 days before my birthday as my birthday present!! She was 25 pounds and born on August 23 2009.

She is a blue meral and fawn mixed with a European great dane.. From the day we picked her up she has been the most lazy dog have known, She totally has attitude with me, she loves neal !! I think she knows we are having a hard time and that kinda gets to her as well, she loves getting in the bath tub, and loves running out the front door when im not looking, and running around like she has never ran with out a lease before...

I think i need some prayers...

Well since i am so bad at blogging... i thought i might give another try! ha ha
Cause i know i have so many readers... ha

Anyways.. Up date.. We have been married 2 Years this year, and together almost 3, i honestly never thought i could love someone this much and relay on someone so much... Currently Neal is working in Idaho and has been there since Feb. 5, i never thought it would be this hard to not have your best friend, soul mate, boyfriend, husband, spouse.. be gone. After makeing a life doing the same thing everyday seeing the same person everyday, kissing him, huging him, sleeping next to him, even just coming home to him and sitting by him while he watches tv. No matter how simple it is.. you miss.. We have been having a very diffcult time with this. You think that it would get easier and easier as time goes on ... Sad to tell you it DOESNT. I never ever ever thought of how lame i really am, with out neal.. i hardly have any friends, then when i got let go from my job to study to get licensed for my next job.. i honestly.. just sit at home and talk to the dog... Its even sader wen Neal is home.. i still talk to the dog like she is going to give me a response.. ha ha go figure right! so basically when I see neal is... Sunday, Saturday, and Friday afternoon...You Never value what you have untill you dont have it anymore..

And As for me... Well I got a job offer with New York Life, Saleing life insurance, money markets and investments, neal and i decided to take it, that way i could be closer to home, and be a little more flexable with my time. Sounds easy right? HA My job found out that i had said yes to the new job, and pretty much let me go on the spot, because i was needing to get my insurance license's, series 6 and series 63, which is fine.. i kind went in with a very cooky mind set.. yea i really should have... this is very hard, and on top of that i am studying all on my own! NO teacher No class room... just cali with a book.. and ill tell you what.. i kinda have a slit case of ADD also none as ADHD...Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder -- also referred to ADD or ADHD -- is a biological, brain based condition that is characterized by poor attention and distractibility and/or hyperactive and impulsive behaviors. It is one of the most common mental disorders that develop in children. Symptoms may continue into adolescence and adulthood. Yeah Do you see the Part about poor attention, thats me i feel i always can find something better to do, or something with no effort..Hench im blogging now of all times, since i do it so offten, now when i could be studing, yeah my test is tomorrow at 2.. i think i needs some prayers!

Neal and I bought a baby Puppy, a new Member of the family!

About Two weeks ago, we brought Sophie May Schmidt, to our little hole in the wall that we call home. She is about 5 weeks old, and such a baby! She always has to know what everyone is doing, and loves to sit on neals lap, or at least be touching Neal. But we all Know im her favorite!! just dont let Neal know!

We Cant Wait to See her grow! Her Dad Was 4 foot 5, and over 7 foot on his back legs and weighted about 205, her mom was about 170.. We cant wait to be able to have a horse around the house!

So its Been a Month since Neal and I have been married, and a Year since we started to date.
I honestly cant believe we made it thou the wedding!! We were truly grateful to be blessed with Neal's Parents, brothers and Sisters
i could have never made it with out his mom Tonya and his Sister Amanda!
So Neal and I have talked, and have decide that we would love some new things to foucs on

in our marriage, to make it the happiest and most joyful time in our life
and things we would love to work towards, In the
New Year

1. Work on getting Sealed in the temple
2. Getting me thou School, and Neal done with his pluming school and moving
on to something bigger and better in my career, and his career
3. Building our relationship strong as husband and wife
4. Save Save Save and Save some more... So we can get what we want and live comfortably, and give to our future kids things they want to do.
5. Working out, cause lets face it, we are LAZY!
6. this should really be number #2 but its 6, we are working on being each others best friend, and loving each other mor and more every day! cause no one likes to fight, and to get upset.
We Also Have decide to take things that we have sceen from my parents and try and work towards what they have and apply it to our relationship... From My parents
their Success and power and strenght of the love for each other that they have.
From his parents, the power of family and the power of the church and the strenght they in there house and the things they brought neal up with. Neal has had his falls but you know with out that he wouldn't
be as strong as he is today, and have the passion that he does now, I see allot of his parents in him, and that makes me love him that much more every single day, and makes it so
cant wait to go throu the bumps in life, with him.

So over the last few months, Neal and i have talked about getting married, at first we just wanted to go to Hawaii and have our honeymoon there and have something romantic for him and i, and something that we can have to remember, till we can go to the temple and get sealed! which we have decide is a pretty big deal and want all who can to go Thur the temple to go with us and celebrate that we get to spend the eterity with each other. So we talked it over and said that we couldn't wait to start "our" family, and start our life together, and if we were to get married first then wait a year, and come closer to the lord together and grow to together would be such a treat to our life together and something that we can share with our kids in the future and share how much love and strength we had to work together towards a common goal the first year of our marriage.

So we decide to make something exciting and fun, and something that not allot of people that have done it and make a memory in our book by going to Vegas! on December 21 2008 about 4 in the morning we packed up our car and headed down to Vegas!!!!! 5 hours later 3 stops and about 4 rock star laters we arrvied to Vegas, it was about 60 degree, we stayed at the MGM Grand.

On December 22, 2008 we went and got our marriage license, when we got to the marriage license place we both had a very calm feeling come over us and really new that this right!

Because honestly i could never ask for anything more, better, or prefect then neal.

So right after we got our license we got in our car and drove and found the little white chapel, and said thats IT! and walked in there and got married 3:05 pm that day, in a little chapel with a purple tree and a women minster. and right after we went shopping!!!

Neal and I met in Feb, of 2008 at a Friends party, after Spencer Bird gave Neal my number, I pretty much thought it was a joke, cause of how many 7 were in his phone number. The night we met, we pretty much sat there in slience for about a half hour till he finally got up and was like im tired i think im going to go home and go to bed. Honestly i never thought i would hear from Neal agian. and i think the next morning i got a text message asking what i was doing that night.

Yeah he is lucky isnt he.

Was it love at first sight? Or just seer luck?
Maybe in my case a little of both.. I couldn't
believe my visions of the future would actually come true.
Its been a dream of romance and never ending laughter.
I have been blessed with someone that can deal with my emotions,
and at the end of the day can still tell me she loves me.
I hope she is aware of how special she is to me, and that she will continue
to turn my head, and always, always knows that I love her no matter what..
